BBQ Lunch / Demo (Poway) – bring socks and underwear to donate

Are you a BBQ wiz and want to add more tips and tricks to your repertoire?  New to BBQ and want to learn from the best? Hungry for BBQ with great company? You’re in luck… we are hosting our first BBQ Event and Demo on June 4th from 2-5pm!  Jayson Knack (Professional BBQ Master and Sommelier of Dallman Chocolate & Catering) will enlighten us all with his skills and tricks of the trade from years of experience. Jayson has catered our last two Progressive Dinner feasts and, if you’ve attended those, you know his skills are unparalleled! After the demo we will enjoy a BBQ feast together. 

The Demo includes a 60 minute “how-to” covering meat selection, butchering and spices, cooker comparisons, low and slow versus grilling, and how to “know when it’s done.”

Dinner to include:

(6 foot mesquite asado on-site)

Burnt orange carnitas
Prime carne asada
Organic pollo asado
Homade red rice
Fresh tortillas, homemade salsa, sour cream, lettuce and limes.

The cost of instruction, including dinner and drinks is $80 per person.  Space is limited so act now!  Register at msreg.com/bbq to claim your spot.

Meet at 11545 Creek Rd, Poway, Ca 92064. Event runs from 2pm-5pm.
