PCA SDR South OC Cars & Coffee Convoy

Hi PCA SDR members! Attending a cars and coffee event in our cherished Porsches is always a highlight of the weekend, at least for me. Have you ever wanted to attend a cars and coffee but don’t know when they occur or don’t know where they’re located? Have you been attending the same ones in San Diego and looking for something new? Have you been attending some local cars and coffees but wished there were other Porsche owners you could meet up with that shared your love for all things Porsches and arrive together?
Well, here is your chance to try something new with your PCA SDR family. Come join us!
We are taking a Porsche convoy from Starbucks at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets located at 5620 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad to attend the South OC Cars and Coffee located at The Outlets at San Clemente.

Who: Any current PCA member with a Porsche.
What: Participate in a convoy to drive from Starbucks at Carlsbad Premium Outlets to South OC Cars & Coffee at Outlets at San Clemente. This will allow us early parking access to the event where we will be able to park together as a group to showcase our cars and PCA SDR.
When: August 6th. Meeting time is 6:45-7:15am. Drivers meeting is 7:15-7:30. Depart at 7:30 and expected arrival is 8am. Entrance between 8-8:30. Cars & Coffee gates open at 9am.

Why: I don’t believe PCA SDR has done anything like this before so just want to try something new to help promote the club to a larger audience and still have fun while doing so. We’re hoping to create camaraderie through the convoy and then while at the cars and coffee because we’ll all be parked together as a large group.

Upon check in and waiver signing on the morning of the event, I will hand out wrist bands to participants and upon arrival at South OC Cars & Coffee, the event staff will be instructed to only let in participants that have the required/correct wrist bands.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, DO NOT ATTEND!!!
Masks and social distancing are highly encouraged,
especially for those not fully vaccinated & boosted against Covid-19.
