Join us for a 4-course Spanish Tapas adventure paired with wine/liquors at Dallmann Confections on July 9th at 5pm. Sommelier and professionally trained chef Jayson Knack will be joining us to prepare a delicious 4-course light dinner consisting of:
Course 1: Assorted Pinchos. Smashed chickpea, green olive, lemon grated local tomato, manchego, arbequina serrano ham, marcona, fresh oregano
Course 2: Composed Gazpacho
Course 3: Berkshire Pork, fabes, pimenton, confit garlic
Course 4: Chocolate & Churros
The cost of admission is $89 per person. This includes an educational experience with chocolatier owner Isabella of Dallmann Confections, tapas tasting, wine/liquor pairing, chocolate tasting, an educational experience with Sommelier Jayson Knack… AND the company of like-minded Porsche enthusiasts. Dallmann is located at Seaport Village at the renovated “Headquarters,” formerly the old police station in San Diego. The Headquarters is now home to many boutique shops and restaurants. Come early and explore!
